The Self Assessment Exercise

If you were to ask me what is the number 1 way that you could journal right now, it would be this... Thats a big claim.

Whenever I am feeling uninspired I do this process. Whenever my mind feels cluttered I do this process. It is quite literally the best way you can do an assessment of your life, as it is, today.

Over 5,000 people have got their hands on this process now and as I continue to get messages saying how powerful it was for them, I'm never surprised because it all started from me selfishly creating a process for me to go through, to assess where I want to be, where I don't want to be and where I am now.

This sh*t works... If your still reading this, I think it's a sign that you need to regain clarity on your life. A self assessment I call it.

My Recommendation:

Go to your local cafe with a pen and paper and write out in your journal exactly what you see in this program. Answering these 3 questions in the areas of your health, your career/business and your relationships will give you the best understanding of where you are now and where you need to be.
